Disliked: I had to call the police to get access to my room. The hotel locked me out and wouldn't let me have access to the room. Two days before the bar tried to overcharge me 700 pesos. The server insisted I ordered premium tequila for my margaritas - I did not ask for this and it was house tequila. After speaking with the bar manager and the server, the server admitted he overcharged me. The manager wanted me to pay the amount of my drinks without overcharging. I said the hotel should pay the cost for intentionally overcharging me. They agreed I owed nothing. I found the hotel night manager and brought him to confirm I owed nothing as I didn't want a knock on the door from police in the middle of the night. Everyone agreed I owed nothing. The next night I arrived at the hotel and I was locked out. A different night manager said I wasn't getting into my room until I paid for drinks. I explained that it was agreed I owed nothing. He didn't agree. I called the police which didn't help. The only thing that eventually helped was the server who overcharged me told the police it was agreed I owed nothing. The hotel at this point insisted I pay the money or leave the hotel. I collected my belongings and left the hotel at 1130pm with nowhere to go.
