Very family friendly; good location; clean; restaurant on site.

Liked: Room was quiet , except for the train passing by . Breakfast was excellent with great service . Room service follow up was excellent if we required anything .
Disliked: The train whistle was a bit much , but do not recall if it happened during the night .

Poolside rooms are the way...

Liked: Pool side rooms!!!! 100%Waterside is open, long & Super fun!!!!!!The staff were always kind & helpful!!!
Disliked: Not enough shower towels for the people booked. So hot & humid in the room! The thermostat was set at 18 when we got there. Way too hot/humid. Never cooled off set at 16…. The top of the drain/plug in the sink wasn’t screwed on, it was just sitting on top.

Never again.

Disliked: The hotel. The pool. The water slides. The rooms. The beds. The pictures online look great but don’t let them fool you.
