Liked: The pool was nice but unfortunately that was about it for this stay.
Disliked: The room had a leaking roof, then we were moved due to the issue however not compensated for the hassle.

Liked: The swim area was awesome for the kids. They loved the water slide. The front staff and restaurant staff were lovely . The restaurant and meals were great .
Disliked: The rooms were quite outdated and the bed sagged. The staff in the pool area snapped at us and became confrontational when I brought my own water bottle into the pool area( even after explaining I have a medical condition requiring a lot of fluids)

Liked: This hotel has not been cleaned or updated/painted in what looks to be many years. The carpets in the hallway are not vacuumed, the pool area has paint chipping everywhere including in and around the actual pool. I was bit almost immediately after crawling into bed. I had to check out early. So disgusting. We also arrived at night and I did not feel safe walking from my vehicle to the lobby.

Liked: For one the gentlemen at the front desk was very rude to myself and children… for another there was red stuff splattered on the ceiling in our room which looked like blood which is disgusting. Overall we did not enjoy staying there at all other than the pool. Will never stay there again… for the amount you pay for the room for 1 night it should at least have continental breakfast considering the lack of manners and cleanliness…
