Liked: Nothing, room was infested with cockroaches and bed bugs. I have video
Disliked: Front desk staff were rude, tried to say the bugs in the bed didn't exist even though I showed them the pictures and video and tried to blame me.

Liked: Staff open to the possibility of weekly "deals" for cash.
Disliked: It's a little piece of Calcutta right in West end Kingston. Kingston which is resembling Port-au-Prince ever more each day. A little effort could be made to maintain the place a little better at low cost.
