It was a friendly, comfortable...

Liked: Very good choice for breakfast, hot and cold. The white towels were soft and fluffy which were changed everyday, as was my room cleaned. The hotel looked lovely with Christmas themed decorations
Disliked: Wish there was a lounge that guests could sit in to relax.

Good value for money

Liked: Good hotel with good size rooms, clean, a decent restaurant and a good breakfast.
Disliked: Room temperature control could be a bit more simple. It was quite cold (the first hotel I visited where the room was too cold!) and a puzzle how to adjust this.

Liked: Amazing hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Great restaurant. Good jacuzzi to relax in the evening I really enjoyed the time in the hotel

Disliked: Horrible bed, jacuzzi cold, no coffee in the room. Romantic dinner in the dark we have booked turned out to be normal dinner at restaurant.
