Liked: Perfect place to stay inside the center ! We enjoyed our stay !

Avoid this place at all...

Liked: Almost nothing
Disliked: The air conditioner didn't work, the towel heater didn't work, the TV didn't work either, the room smelled like some smoked there A LOT, it was almost unbearable, we had to open the windows but the ac didn't work so we froze to death, my gf got a serious cold and we lost almost 3 days because she's running a fever. The personal didn't help, they didn't even said "sorry" or apologized when we told them. To get the breakfast you need to walk 3 blocks and get into a coffee store where they treat you VERY BAD, and you can only have one coffee and one pastry, that's not a breakfast. I would advice anyone against staying here. Also the place have no elevator so if you are carrying luggage you have to drag it through the stairs. The self checkin sucks and you have noone to help you from 16 to 9, it's ridiculous.

Perfect location for visitors

Liked: Great location for those who plan to visit the sites on foot, close to everything! Large rooms(deluxe).

A great place right in...

Liked: Central to the highlights of Florence and Maria was a very good host. The breakfast included at a nearby cafe was great too.
Disliked: The stairs but they provided a good daily workout which is beneficial

Great location for Florence stay.

Liked: Great location. Comfortable bed. Very friendly and helpful staff. The only down side was the many steps and no lift. We were on the 3rd floor. It was very quiet even though the street was busy. There was a very nice laundromat within 200 feet of front door and the Marketplace was a city block away!
Disliked: The steps were challenging and there was no lift.

Good hotel has excellent staff

Liked: Our room and bathroom were spacious and attractively designed and furnished. Given the number of rainy days we had, we really appreciated the towel warmer in the bathroom and free snacks available.
Disliked: The stairs. The computer-monitor sized tv. The hotel is poorly identified and hard to find. The street numbers in Florence are eccentric and better signs would definitely help.
