Nice Christmas memory

Liked: I loved everything, the kindness of the guy who served us, the peace we felt with the fireplace in the room and watching movies with my family, it was amazing.
Disliked: The warm-ups weren't very warm, I'd like to see that improve a bit.

Exceptional

Very small rooms. Nice common...

Liked: The bathroom was clean and well maintained. The common living space was nice, well furnished, and had neat amenities.
Disliked: Please be aware that the room was way smaller than what the pictures depicted on the property listing. There was barely any space around the bed. The pictures look like there is a lot of space. The check in process needs work. We were asked to scan our own id cards and check in which was kind of weird.

Great experience.

Liked: All wonderful. Only issue was the main heater stopped working in the middle of the night. Hopefully there was a spare small heater that kept us comfortable. Management took care of the issue in the morning by giving us a break on the room charge.

Ideal stay in Big Bear!...

Liked: SO much better than an Airbnb. We stayed at the lodge, and even thought the room is regular size, the shared spaces were huge! Beautiful kitchen with double fridge, dishwasher and over, coffee maker and anything else you might need. Multiple sitting areas and even a pool table. The outdoors were great too, there were fire pits and BBQs readily to use.
Disliked: Nothing really. We loved it there, and we will definitely be back.,

Exceptional

Liked: Everything is perfect.I'll recommend here if you need a stay in Big Bear.

We would book here again...

Liked: The common area was great for our big group to hang together!
Disliked: The rooms were tiny for us and all of our gear.

Good but not great

Liked: The TV in room was good, bed was comfortable, and so was the blanket, the heaters was worm
Disliked: The Pillow, the toilet seat was so small, and it need more cleaning
