So happy I chose Serras.

Liked: There are so many good things I can say about this hotel. Traveling as a solo female, I felt safe and welcome every time I entered the doors. The location worked out well for me and was central to the metro and everything I wanted to do. My room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The air conditioning worked very well, and anything I needed was provided quickly (honey for tea, fresh linens). But the best part of the hotel is the staff; they were all really wonderful and helpful. I have to give special recognition to Daria and Carla. Daria was the first person I met when I arrived. She checked me in (I was able to get into my room much earlier than check-in time), and she offered me a tour of the premises. She also sent me a list of restaurant recommendations, which I appreciated. She immediately made me feel like I'd made the right choice in booking Serras. Carla is also fantastic. When a taxi driver overcharged me, she looked into the matter and helped me get a partial refund, and this was AFTER I'd already checked out of the hotel. People who will go above and beyond for you after you're no longer a guest, that is something I will never forget. I can't thank them enough.
Disliked: The only negative was that I could hear other guests walking around sometimes because of the wood floors in the rooms. I'm a light sleeper, so I'm extra sensitive to noise, but it wouldn't stop me from returning.

Fabulous Boutique Hotel!!

Liked: Anyone can have a pretty place, so to speak, but not anyone can have GREAT, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff !!
Disliked: Great location for the touristy areas.
