Quality hotel with even better...
Liked: Staff were exceptional, rooms were well thought-out with everything you need (rare to have a steamer and GHDs for example), restaurant was good and location was decent.
Disliked: No meaningful spa or gym facilities.

Liked: really nice hotel.everything is well thought and well done, the design is enough interesting, but not disturbing, the facilities are all in a proper place and of very hight level quality. the staff is welcoming and knowledgeable

Highly recommend. Clean and comfortable....
Liked: Clean, comfortable rooms. Great location, walkable to harbor/beaches, Gothic Quarter and most other attractions. Staff was amazing, very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Convenient breakfast in hotel and bar/restaurant on rooftop.

Great location, super clean and...
Liked: Location was great, walking distance to everything including the old town attractions. Room was good size for one person, super clean and bed was very comfortable. Overall, great stay.
Disliked: Nothing.

we had a wonderful stay...
Liked: Location and service was great. Room comfortable. Restaurant on top terrace was very good.
Disliked: Room had no view and looked on next building, which was very close. But we were not in the room very much luckily.

Fantastic stay with Serras and...
Liked: Very attentive staff. Was greeted with welcome drinks and chocolate during check in. The staff heard of my injuries sustained earlier the trip and arranged a doctor to come visit (while preparing a vacuum sealed bag of ice). One of the receptionist accompanied me to my room and checked to make sure I am comfortable and showed me how to use the facilities within the room. The room also had welcome snacks together with handwritten card. When called to ask order room service, a different receptionist spoke to me and checked if I am okay and if I needed more ice for my injury - this meant they actually took the effort to communicate internally about my issues. During check out, the staff again inquired about my injuries.
Disliked: Room was a bit dark even with lights all switched on. The room took a bit longer to warm up once temperature was changed.
