Relaxing and wonderful

Liked: Beautiful home and delicious breakfast. I was there during a hurricane but even still the host Daphne tried to make it as comfortable as possible. Ms Sue made a delicious breakfast. There is not any staff that stays on site which was a little different for me.
Disliked: No on-site person.

Great little BnB near French...

Liked: Very clean room, comfy bed, great AC inside for the hot weather. Breakfast was a perk. Daphne was a great host, she even gave us a few restaurant recommendations. Location was great! A few blocks from a few bus stops and a street car line. Short walk to Frenchman Street and a 15-20 min walk to the center of French Quarter.
Disliked: Beware that breakfast is served a little later than you would expect. 9:30-10:30 when we visited in May 2024. Room is a bit smaller than your average hotel room, but still very comfy. Lack of mirrors, there was only one in the bathroom.

Unexpectedly beautiful on the inside.

Liked: This location was filled with very kind people. The breakfasts every morning was something I very much looked forward to they were all balanced, delicious, and freshly homemade! I stayed at this location for the Jazz Fest and it’s perfectly around all of the jazz clubs, perfect for a little unwinding!

Serenity exceeded our expectations; lovely...

Liked: The breakfast was plentiful in fruits; granola and a wide choice of bread products - including gluten-free.
Disliked: More protein at breakfast. And, I would have loved having a member of the staff very familiar with New Orleans around all the time when questions arose about public transportation or restaurants.. and, also, because we enjoyed talking with the lovely women who came to fix breakfast - and learned a lot about the community. That said, we could have called the owner any time to ask questions.
