Liked: Location in the Bogside, very good breakfast (extra charge).
Disliked: Leak/mold on the ceiling in the bathroom.

Girls Weekend away

Liked: We loved everything about Serendipity House, the second we stepped in, and it felt cosy and warmth.Staff are so friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean, and bright. The shower is so powerful and spacious.Food from breakfast to dinner was top-notch. We will be back again.Street parking is safe,just put in the wing mirrors.
Disliked: Nothing, everything was perfect

Liked: Rooms were clean and comfortable staff were very friendly
Disliked: The doors of the bedrooms and main doors were accessed via a code I had booked in for my nana to stay and she is 76 and found it very confusing and was quite nervous about getting locked out of her room I just think a key card would be more simple

Liked: full Irish Breakfast was very nice,the bathroom is huge and very clean,the views out the veranda over the city,the location within walking distance of the city.
Disliked: full Irish Breakfast was very nice just be aware its extra,otherwise its continental.The room was very hot and we tried to lower the heating to no avail so the window was open all night ,plus there was a timer on the wall for the outside light that drove us nuts with the noise until we covered it with pillows ,there is no parking except whats available on street at your on risk.Evening Food that was brought out to us wasn't the hottest.

Liked: Not much the only thing was that the parking was free.
Disliked: The room that we were allocated at the top of the house wasn’t big enough for two people. No cupboard to hang clothes , had to hang clothes on the wall and bathroom was so small ,sink in corner you couldn’t barely brush your teeth as there was no room to move and there was no where to put your toothbrush and deodorants . When booking it tells you breakfast is included but after arriving it was stated that it was a continental breakfast but if you want a hot breakfast it’s £11 pounds extra pp.
