Liked: Super cute hotel in the thick of the city centre, which is what we wanted. Beds were comfortable.
Disliked: Our room was right above the restaurant and entrance where people pull there cars in and the garbage truck at 2 AM. We slept horribly because of this. Additionally, the directions are great if you're familiar with the area and know where the Neptuno Mall is, but if you don't, and you're coming for the first time, it's extremely frustrating to find. Also, be sure you have a very small car, of you cannot pass on one of the roads to the hotel that you must drive to access it.

Excellent staff, comfortable and enjoyable...

Liked: The staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. The room was bright, furnished well and spacious. The hotel is in an ideal location, easy walking distance to everything we wanted to see.
Disliked: The hotel is in an older building, windows are single pane, therefore noise carries up from the street and is quite noticeable in the room. If your room faces the front of the hotel be prepared for the noise, ear plugs are a necessity!
