Poor hotel to be 4...

Liked: The only good thing about the hotel is the location
Disliked: Very noisy, couldn’t sleep AT ALL.Bath is clean but the pipes are not, while the water of the bath was drowning, the bidet toilet and sink were pouring dirt.

Tucked away from the main...

Liked: Ideal location, tucked away from the busy areas, but a two minute walk away!Staff brilliant.
Disliked: Nothing not to like, but glad we didn't bring our car, access to the Hotel via backstreets would have been a challenge in a larger vehicle!

A little gem in the...

Liked: Fantastic location right in the center. We could control the heat and the cold perfectly in the room. Bed was comfortable extra large single. Shower excellent. Fridge in room. Parking excellent. They sent us a video of how to arrive using some of the restricted streets which worked perfectly. Staff all very helpful and friendly.
Disliked: Street outside a little noisy till around 1am. Not a fault of the hotel. Bar / restaurant area was ok but lacked ambience.

Liked: An excellent location, right next door to the best restaurants, bars and coffee shops. The room was very clean. The bathroom had a really nice feel and it was very spacious. Good breakfast, with several options. Also it was very very handy that the hotel has its own parking, especially in Granada’s city center.
Disliked: We liked everything. Just a tip, when you’ll book the room the hotel will send you video directions on how to reach the hotel. We lost 45’ trying to figure out the directions in the video in a city we have never been before, and in the end Google Maps follows a very very similar road. So DO follow Google Maps, just put as a stop before the hotel “Calle San Matias” just to be sure. And don’t forget to turn in that extremely narrow pedestrian road!

Liked: Beautiful building , rooms were spacious , immaculately clean and well equipped . The bed very comfortable . Location is central and walkable to all historical sites, restaurants and bars
