Liked: A small but very nice hotel right in the old town. There are no personell in the hotel so you check in by yourself. The landlord Unai helps you over the phone with this process. The rooms are bright and clean and there is a coffe maker Nespresso in the house free of cost. Highly recommended. I will return.

Liked: I started my Camino from Pamplona so had arrived from overseas with the intent of getting over jetlag. Hotel Europa served that purpose perfectly. The room, while small, was just what I needed. The location is central so I could easily go to the grocery store, Caminoteca and the sights.

Liked: Excellent minibar!! Really stocked for weary travelers, and the prices were reasonable. Great shower & towels, huge spread at breakfast, friendly staff, & just a lovely hotel. We peregrinos very much appreciated being treated so well.
Disliked: The only thing wrong was that the floor lamp was broken so it kept falling over against the big chair. It was just a one-off so can’t really complain.

Nice hotel in great location

Liked: Great location at the Plaza del Castillo and C. de Estafeta with lots of good restaurants. Walking distance to everything in the old section.Room was compact but acceptable, with a good roomy shower.Breakfast selections were good.
Disliked: The room I was originally given had a noticeable smoking smell. When I brought it to their attention, they quickly gave me another room, so it was not a problem. However, I was surprised that housekeeping had not noticed it.
