Amazing stay overall. Would recommend!

Liked: I liked almost everything. Absolutely loved that we could leave our cases till we had to get our flight with no additional cost. Also a kettle in the room is an excellent touch. The room was spacious with plenty of closet space. The pillows were also a nice touch. The staff was lovely and helpful.
Disliked: The showerhead had some limescale on it as did the shower itself. It didn't really affect our enjoyment of the room. The TV wasn't connected to WiFi or at least we couldn't make it work to connect to our netflix and enjoy a movie. If this hadn't been the case it would have been a 10/10 stay!

Perfect. Clean, nice people, near...

Liked: The property is very clean, hosts very nice. At the reception always welcoming you with a smile and offering help with everything. Also, the property is situated within walking distance by anything of interest in Barcelona. Depending on your will of walking, i would say around 20 min from every large boulevard, Sagrada and the 2 neighborhoods Gotic and El born. Do not miss on walking down on feet on the streets of Barcelona, it’s like every corner you step you ll see work of art.

good location, value for the...

Liked: comfortable bed, quite good location, helpful staff
Disliked: bathroom doors was not closing properly, Netflix should be available to use on the Tv. (if clien has an account not on hotel expenses)

Passable

Liked: Marti at front desk very helpful and the housekeeping lady was friendly.
Disliked: Front desk sent some other guests to our room which was a bit scary on our first night and there was no apology or gesture of good faith for the inconvenience. Also, we asked front desk about airport bus and we're told we can buy tickets at bus station no problem and we had to take a taxi to the airport because we could not buy them on Monday morning. AC didn't work and when we told front desk they did nothing to help.
