Disliked: Non functioning restaurant.we stayed for two nights and could not get dinner. One of the reasons we choose the hotel was that it has restaurant. On the first day the receptionist told as that restaurant is opened till 10.30 pm but there was no staff to serve us at 9 pm so we ended up in a Mexican bar nearby. The second day receptionist told us in the morning that restaurant will be opened by 10 pm. However it turned out that the restaurant was closed for hotel guests due to private event. Also the bar was closed so we could not even sit and have a drink!No apologies or sorry from the staff just informing that restaurant is closed without even suggesting any alternative.Please be fair to people and don’t advertise services that you don’t provide, This is very frustrating!

It’s ok for the value

Liked: The whole hotel smells nice! And I loved having a big bathtub!
Disliked: The covers are very thin. Individual Nordic duvets would feel better, at least now in winter. The TV IS just sad. No options and a remote control too complicated to handle. Please look into the option of adding streaming platforms and smart TVs.
