Liked: Really nice hotel, very close to the airport, but also 5 mins walk to a metro station that goes to the city centre - 30 mins ride. The hotel is super clean with good amenities. Also, the staff is very friendly and allowed us to get it before official check-in without any issue. I can only recommend it to anyone. I will be back, when again in Madrid.
Disliked: Nothing. Although I believe, for some, it might be a little far away from the centre.

Disliked: Staff at reception were dismissive and unhelpful, the interiors seemed dated in comparison to other places. Cost was incredibly high.

Liked: - Convenient location with fast access to MAD airport and #5 metro line to the heart of the city within walking distance- Clean and safe neighborhood- Helpful hotel front staff with English skills
Disliked: - Rooms smaller and more cramped than photos appear to present them- Amenities for 1 person, even though the double bed rooms were booked for two people each- Annoyingly loud room heater fans seeming to be in need of maintenance
