Liked: Amazing view; rooms are luxe, especially the ceiling windows
Disliked: 1- show massage is not as good as it looks or the water strength is weak 2- hot springs temperature not hot enough, and the time experience is too short; we got an 8pm slot, which means we had to rush through our dinner

Liked: The all inclusive package was worth it for us. The property is beautiful. The rooms are lovely. Very serene and cozy.
Disliked: We couldn’t get in contact with staff on a handful of occasions, which was frustrating.
