Disliked: The first room we were assigned didn’t have heat. They were working on getting it fixed. Very nice and gave us another room. The refrigerator didn’t work

Liked: Location is good, and easy to access. Staff are very nice.
Disliked: Water in the bath room sometimes is not warm enough. The heating is a bit noisy, especially in the night. I also wish that there had been a kettle in the room such that I can have some hot water to drink.
