Disliked: The room was very outdated and cramped. And the smell was horrible. It had a chemical smell first night that was so strong I personally gagged constantly. It smelled like the ozone chemical used for bed bugs. Our room was not cleaned after our first night and we didn’t receive any fresh towels.

Disliked: The hostess should always be in the dining room ~ we watched as two couples came in for breakfast and one of them left since there wasn’t anyone to greet and seat them.

Disliked: The entire building needs a makeover. Very dated , most rooms showing there age. No housekeeping during your visit. If you need replenishment of towels- even bed linens you need to put in a request before a certain tiime in the morning. The items just get dropped off - does that mean were expected to change the sheets ourself as well? They used to provide a free breakfast buffet . Now you have to pay for a regular meal. The staff werent the most helpful. Kind of off putting/ couldnt be bothered attitude. I had a long day of driving and another the next day. Just wanted to sleep. Nope ; the next room there was two gentleman carrying on loud conversations till after 2am. I called the front desk- being alone i didnt want to confront them - Front desk said thed look into it (i didnt call till midnight hoping thed talk themselvez out ) but they continued on for a couple more hours. I and my family have stayed there multiple timez in the past. There not improving with age.
