Liked: Fantastic location in town 10 minutes walk to the centre car park the spa was great staff where very helpful and the room was nice would definitely go back

Liked: The very friendly staff in the garage cleaned the glass of our car and left a note wishing you a good trip.
Disliked: In the hotel Senator Granada, they assigned me a room for the disabled. I complained at the reception, but I didn't get any understanding. They told me that the hotel was full and that there were no free rooms. In doing so, they were not at all kind. Ireminded them, I booked and - at the explicit request paid in advance - this hotel almost two weeks in advance and I don't think it's fair that they give me the last free room. In addition, if is already advertised as a hotel where the Spa is otvoren till 9 p.m., why is the last entrance at 7:30 p.m.? And after 20:30, until 21:00 is it time to clean? Cleaning The spa does not have time with guests and when it is open. If it's 9 p.m., it's 9 p.m., not 7:30 p.m. And this should be communicated with guests before they arrive at the door of the spa zone

Disliked: No restaurant service, it really spoilt our stay. Extremely limited bar menu
