Liked: Location near Santiago Bernabeu is the only good thing about this experience.
Disliked: Shower wasn’t working, after a long flight and day it was very bad even though I informed the reception and was promised they would fix it before I went our around 5pm and came back 6hours later nothing was done. In addition there is quite a bit of traffic noise from outside. Unfortunately overall not satisfied.

Liked: clean room and comfortable bed...changed towels daily
Disliked: NO A/C room roasting ....told by reception just to open windows so meant v noisy ....v dark room

Liked: The Staff was very friendly, accommodating and helpful. The location was perfect . Hotel was clean and they had a very nice selection for Breakfast.
Disliked: Walls a very thin , you can hear the heals of people walking in there rooms due to the type of flooring, the bed was a bit to hard for our liking but they accommodated us to make it better.
