Liked: Very helpful and friendly staff. Excellent room, warm, clean and spacious. Selection of restaurants on site and a small but great gym. Will return next time we're visiting family in Madrid.

Liked: There are several walking path and parks nearby for dogs and a village with a trattoria and tapas bar for dining, so it worked out well. Although the curtain in the room was a little tired and the door to the balcony could lock but was stiff to open/close the room was nice overlooking the park behind and all staff pleasant and courteous. The bar adjacent to the hotel has a lively atmosphere and charm of its own.
Disliked: The bed creaked a little, housekeeping may have forgotten to replenish our coffee/tea over the holidays(New Year)perhaps the imperfections are the perfections, thank you for a nice stay.
