Liked: Even though the hotel is in the middle of a European city, the room was surprisingly big and quite comfortable!

The staff and facilities were...

Liked: Staff were incredibly helpful and looked after us extremely well, including helping with our parking and luggage, extra bedding needs and location advice.
Disliked: Cleaners leaving the cleaning trolly in the hall all day was slightly annoying as it was right outside the elevator at all times.
