We left disappointed.

Disliked: The room was not what we were expecting given the price we paid in proportion of the experience we had. After confirming our stay, we decided to extend our trip in Milan given unforeseen circumstances. After communicating with the hotel, they were unable to accommodate our one time request to extend. Upon checking in, we realized that the bathroom was not equipped with shampoo. Considering that it could have been a one time overlook from the housekeeping staff, we decided to wait for the next day. During our 5 day stay, we were never once equipped with shampoo, even after we’ve brought this issue up with different concierge staff on three separate occasions. We had high hopes and expectations for this hotel given the reviews and pictures we have seen online; but it is safe to say that we were left very disappointed after a rather inattentive stay.

Disliked: I thought the cafe/bar wasn't that great as had zero atmosphere so didn't really want to eat or drink at hotel

Liked: Good location, very clean
Disliked: We stayed at Hotel Senato for the third time. Unfortunately, the service has declined a bit. The kettle didn’t work, and we had to request bathrobes first..A lady at the reception was not very friendly and seemed rather annoyed by our request for bathrobes. Furthermore, she said that breakfast was not included and would cost €25 per person per day. In the end, it was actually €15, not €25, and breakfast was included in one of the rooms. Completely wrong information, and the lady had an absolutely unsympathetic attitude—not helpful at all.
