Disliked: No one was able To help me with my unity I wasn’t able to add it to my stay. I was also not told about the hard rock hotel pool/jacuzzi being under renovations.

Liked: The hotel is truly magnificent and extremely comfortable. Its luxurious amenities and exceptional service make it the perfect place to relax and unwind. Every detail is carefully thought out to provide a truly unforgettable experience
Disliked: Unfortunately, my experience with the hotel staff was disappointing. Many of them were quite rude and lacked any sympathy or warmth. It was not the welcoming atmosphere I was expecting. Also, I was surprised to find that some of the hotel's facilities were closed during the week, which limited our options for relaxation and entertainment
