Great place, but the security...

Liked: We enjoyed the room and the casino. The security staff was the problem that messed up our week anniversary stay.
Disliked: I am a spouse of a disabled veteran. She was waiting for a car to pull out of the parking deck when a man from security jumped out of his car and started beating on our window. My wife was very depressed and had to deal with ptsd the rest of our trip. He got out cursing demanding her to move the vehicle over which was not possible due to him being directly behind her. He told us that we could leave the parking garage and continued to threaten us. I escorted my wife to let the security manager know but they said oh they would look into it but never got back to us. Things could have really gone bad because he beat on our window and threatened us, but me and my wife decided that we would never return. We did not feel respected even though we booked for one of top nicest rooms for 5 days.

Never again I’m so livid....

Liked: This was my birthday trip. It was one of the worst days I’ve ever had with the hard rock.
Disliked: Where do I begin upon checking in? I was deemed a fraudster because I use my nickname on my account. They act as as if I couldn’t afford the stay had me there for an hour reaching out to the manager upon entering my room. I was told that I would get a room with a sit down bathtub that was not included. I was overcharged for dinner upon checking out they Would not let me park at valet to get a couple items. They told me I had to park in the garage go all the way to the room and then check out. It was a horrible stay. This is my birthday weekend and I chose a hard rock as a place to enjoy myself and it was nothing but a nightmare.

Disliked: Honestly, it is how regular people every day people spending this kind of money to stay at hard rock for the amenities and the special the specialty- how you’re kind of treated waiting and waiting I mean, I get it those X members spend a lot of money. I know why they get special care but you make it so in your face to us regular people that are that saved and saved to stay there like when you really didn’t matter, but I guess that’s just something that I have to get over.
