Mistreatment of Veterans

Liked: Our room was clean and comfortable, not worth the price but at least that. T
Disliked: 1st keep in mind prepaid room for $779 for 1 night for a special event. From the check in there was an issue with our booking.com reservation and I had lost my ID, the clerk was rude and unwilling to help us with an alternate solution refusing to check us in - telling me I had to call Booking.com if i needed help which I did. Your agent was AMAZING (I think his name was Kut? He was perfectly understandable, but it is SO LOUD there). He changed the name on the booking to my husband, but the venue said they wouldn't look at it for 48 hours! Kut stayed on the phone while we went to the front desk again for help. A different clerk Candace - extremely kind and helpful, was quickly able to find a solution to check in by getting approval to manually change the name on the reservation (the same as the credit card used) and we were in after nearly an hour ordeal, we appreciated her. We were there for an event at the Hard Rock restaurant and were met with such hostility and rudeness by the hostess and wait staff we will never go there again. We had an obviously disabled very ill veteran with us that just wanted to sit at a table near his nieces band, and instead of going a little out of their way to accommodate him, they put obstacles up to make his life miserable! Even seating someone else at the table he wanted right in front of him - they said "because they didn't take his name down" seriously? He talked to you 4 times!!!! He had a uniform on, a cane, and obvious cancer patient - HATEFUL, DISRESPECTFUL, AND UNFORGIVABLE! All the stalls in the ladies' room were not flushing, and it was so disgusting filthy that I heard it reported multiple times to the staff, and nothing was done. The only pleasant thing about the entire visit was Amberly, the bartender at the Hard Rock restaurant. Pleasant and attentive, we appreciated her.

Liked: The room size was unbelievable as well as the jacuzzi in the bathroom. There is a cool rooftop pool and bar and TVs like a resort.
Disliked: Price was a little much. No good breakfast.

Liked: We loved the restaurants ! I loved how when we walked into our room it was very clean and spacious. Very comfortable beds, I really loved staying here and to know I could gamble and walk around as much as I want and then just go upstairs to my room to rest.

Liked: Liked the amenities but wish there clubs with dancing and less smoking areas.
Disliked: Too much smoking.

Liked: The room was very clean, the staff was friendly and it was convenient since I came for the poker room
Disliked: The room was nice but really expensive
