Liked: Location and breakfast are good
Disliked: The staff customer service were poor

Liked: Quiet place. Few minutes walk to U-Bahn station. Staffs are nice. The room is clean. Breakfast is good.
Disliked: Only one thing. I asked for parking garage.Check-in Staff told me that I could park on the street opposite to the hotel. She may have a good wish. But it’s a big mistake. I was fined.

Unfriendly, uncomfortable and not very...

Liked: I was at a meeting in the University next door, it was a very convenient location.
Disliked: First the staff was not very forthcoming and did not speak English. I was not explained the rule that rooms are not at all serviced. After two days, the bins were full, so I hang on the door the notice saying "Please service my room", but nothing happened. Upon checkout, I asked to speak to the manager; she told me that she did not have any idea about that notice!!! This is really pathetic, a "manager" who has never visited the rooms of her hotel!!! In addition, the sink in the bathroom was blocked and the water did not drain properly. The duvet is awfully small (a colleague attending the same conference made the same remark) and the bedding not very comfortable.

Excellent hotel for work stays.

Liked: Very spacious and comfortable room. The room was clean. Easy-going staff, good continental breakfast.
Disliked: There's not much to do in the area, but the hotel is excellent for access to the university and the Max Plank Institute nearby.
