Liked: Hotel and room were great. Bathroom was so tiny it was hard to get in. However nearby construction goes on through the entire night - every day. We didnt sleep. Without this would have given it a 9.

Liked: The room was very spacious, comfortable beds, everything you needed for great value! Everything was on your door step. Location is fantastic.
Disliked: A few minor inconvenience, such as the toilet seat was too small for the toilet, cleared vacuuming at 8am right out the front of our door. There was a strange noise coming from some sort of device on the roof. But other than that everything was perfect.

Bad

Disliked: Took my booking when they had no beds. Needed emergency/last minute accommodation and ended up having to pay more money to get a taxi across town late at night Still haven't received a refund and they weren't overly helpful. The place was still taking bookings online, even when I couldn't get the bed I booked. Said they cancelled my booking but I have received no confirmation. Lost out on money and time. Really bad experience.

Liked: Beds had unusual design - safety hazard with fixed storage box overhanging each bed very low
Disliked: Aircon was a fan - not sufficient for Summer in such big rooms

Liked: The property was clean and there was a good set up in the shared dorm rooms
Disliked: The rooms were unbearably hot. If you had a bottom bunk there were fans but if you had a top bunk there was zero air circulation. I did not go on a particularly hot day so if it were hotter that would have been really not good!!

Liked: Staff were friendly and very helpful. The location was great, right in the middle of Melbourne. Great facilities
