Liked: Location was decent Lovely hotel as far as esthetics
Disliked: Many issues unresolved and not given options to make our stay better lousy customer service we were not told until we arrived that the elevator was non functioning and had to use stairs to 2nd floor which was horrible for my right knee due to arthritis. We were not informed that the restaurant and bar would be closed our entire stay so no breakfast options. In our room 20 the TV never worked! Had to go retrieve another remote which never worked either and they never sent an engineer to fix the problem or at least offer us another room because of all these hotel issues we checked out 1 day early!My husband lost his wedding band there and we've called and left messages and no call backs!!!Terrible management!!!I will never stay there again!

Worst hotel I've ever stayed...

Liked: The location to Bourbon Street was about 4 blocks away, so that was cool. Also, the water pressure in the shower was good, and it was hot.
Disliked: Apon checking in at 8pm the clerk was dealing with another issue where they gave someone's room away, we waited over 30 minutes before he decided to check us in, then once we get checked in our room wasn't even cleaned., we was asked to give them a few minutes and will be done, we leave and grab dinner, come back 3 hours later and still disgusting and not clean, so they move us to a other room on 4th floor, no elevator, all this happen at midnight. The next day, we were moved to a downstairs room, and the rest of our stay was decent. Website is all lies, no breakfast was available, no bar was available, no parking was available for $25 a day, cost was 60 a day in parking garage with no in and out access., could have had a better stay in the car.. I expected more, especially for Mardi Gras.

Liked: Great location and charming decorations hotel
Disliked: Cold in the room, the A/C was very noisy , the windows in the room could not totally closed therefore we can feel the air coming through as well as the noise .

Liked: The two guys that checked me in was wound fully . And very nice . They really made my day . . Keep up the good work guys.
