Liked: They told me I didn't have a reservation. That it had been canceled in June and refunded. That is not true. I did not receive a refund. I did not go to the property because I was told I had no reservation
Disliked: I want my money back for THEIR cancelation of my reservation. I DID NOT CANCEL. THEY STAYED THAT THE PROPERTY HAD CHANGED OWNERSHIP AND W ISTING RESERVATIONWERE CANCELED AND REFUNDED. THAT IS NOT GROTE. I DID NOT RECEIVE A REFUND. I WANT MY MONEY BACK.

Disliked: Was not made aware we were not actually staying in the hotel but in a building next door they owned. Showed into building by a nice front desk person. Downhill from there , door to street lock was broken anyone could walk in, next elevator was broken , was not told we would be on 4th floor, staff didn't know either she had to check room numbers on each floor as we kept going up. 2 of the first 3 floors hallway locks were also broken , so anyone could get in.Room itself not too bad , looked like there might be some remodeling going on. Bed was comfortable enough but was a low platform bed about a foot off the floor with no box spring. Bed sheets were washed but had what looked like a spot or two of blood. Way overpriced for what it was. Unfortunately Saints were playing driving up room availability and prices.Would not stay here again. Actual hotel might have been better but did not get to see it.

Liked: The Staff were friendly.The hotel had charm and character.The location was great.
Disliked: The room had a musty smell covered up by some cleaning chemicals you couldn't get rid of.The room TV did not work and had no remote. The staff said they didn't know we're all the remotes had gone or know why they are gone... No offer to rectify for our stay.The wifi didn't work in our particular room.The bathroom fan did not work and the door was right across from the sitting area and the bed so smell was unavoidable. The door didn't latch.The room window is fixed and unable to be opened for fresh air.The room had no additional amenities... No phone, no coffee maker, no microwave and no shower curtain.

Waste of a staycation night.

Liked: The lobby and employees were perfect.
Disliked: It’s a catfish. Poorly up kept. Rooms smell strongly fragrant. Air conditioning needs servicing. Someone compared it to a hostel but I’ve stayed in hostels nicer.

Good place to stay for...

Liked: Great location, walking distance to everything we needed. good place to stay if you don't need any amenities.
Disliked: No TV unless you have your own streaming service. DON'T FORGET TO LOG OUT WHEN LEAVING as anyone else after you can use your account. No coffee maker in room, no microwave.
