Good location and super comfortable...

Liked: Lovely hotel, good location for hop-on-hop off buses and Charlie’s checkpoint tourist attraction. The most comfortable beds and pillows we experienced in weeks. Friendly reception staff. Cafe’s and restaurants nearby. Very clean hotel and comfortable. Recommended +
Disliked: The fact that we didn’t try their breakfast menu (this visit).

Well located, comfortable and super...

Liked: Excellent location: quiet street but close to Checkpoint Charlie and Kochstraße u bahn. Restaurants nearby. Some walkable attractions nearby. All others very easy on u bahn. Superior Double- spacious, very clean. Probably the comfiest bed and pillows ever! Had a great sleep. Nice bathroom. Breakfast - plentiful hot and cold options. Helpful staff. Arranged a slightly later check out with no hassle. Would recommend this hotel.
Disliked: All good. On checkout I wish staff had asked “has everything been ok” as I’d have loved to say more than thanks.

Nice - but only functional

Liked: The staff was professional, kind, and very nice. The location is relatively close to a metro station, and the breakfast was good.
Disliked: ‏The curtains were very dusty and not clean, and the room had a slight moldy smell. The room overall was quite dusty, making it hard to breathe. The location is not very central, and there isn’t much nearby except Checkpoint Charlie. The room is small, and the TV is very small and outdated.
