Exceptional

Great Hotel. Great deal.

Liked: Location. Staff. Bed
Disliked: Not enough privacy in the bath

Straightforward stay

Liked: Modern, clean interior. Excellent parking facilities if you can get a space. Main bed very comfortable.
Disliked: There was no kettle in the room even though there were a number of tea bags and mugs. Coffee maker with coffee pods were available in the premium room.No plug for the bath so it could be used only as a shower.

Liked: They didn't return me 38 euros, debited from the card for nothing

Liked: Very good location for the price. It is within walking distance of the major attractions of downtown Berlin.
Disliked: Room was relatively small. Shower temperature fluctuated. Shower is a glass enclosure in the room.

Disliked: When I first found myself in the room and went into the bathroom, I stepped into a puddle, as a result, my long pants and socks were wet, and these things are very limited in quantity when traveling.

Liked: Location is perfect. I tried to choose a hotel near the event, for which I went to Berlin and it was so comfortable and easy to get there. Also it’s nice location, because it’s near the center. And thanks for the breakfast, it was delicious
