Liked: The mattress was firm and the curtains blocked out all the light
Disliked: I'm honestly baffled at how this place managed to score over 8. From the start I did not have a comfortable feeling. Reception tried to give me another person's reservation, even showing me their booking details. There was a bellhop that showed me to my room which I found odd considering it wasn't a fancy hotel although they were nice enough. The problem was with the room itself. Part of the windows are like plantation shutters so they do not really close. My friend even had a broken window! And this is on a main street. The room was also dirty with bits of hair on the table (I'm really hoping they came from a curly headed person because I don't want to consider the alternative), stains on the bedhead, water and soap marks on the sink, holes in the bedspread.I wiped off a mark from the table just to see if it would come off easily. It did, which shows they didn't even bother wiping it. If they don't clean a sink what else do they not clean??

Decent stay with a reasonable...

Liked: - The location is great. 10-15 mins walk to Roma Norte, Condesa, or Zona Rosa- The cleaning lady is nice. Very friendly and would offer us more than what we need.- Two double beds!- Internet is smooth in our room, which is a bit unexpected since we read all the comments saying wifi is weak. - Great shower, nice hot water, hairdyer. We like the faucet is separated from the toilet.
Disliked: - The cleaning ladies wake us up at 9 asking if we wanna clean the room while we are still sleeping- Wish the room is bigger. Kinda hard to open the luggage at the same time
