Liked: Very convenient and close to the airport with parking. Clean and quiet just what we needed for a short 2 night stay visiting family.

Disappointing final destination for visitors...

Disliked: On arrival the flush a broken on toilet and wasn’t fixed 5 hours later. No reply to complaint either about issues.

Poor hotel for the price...

Disliked: The rooms were very very snail, the bathroom had mould in the shower , the beds were. Super hard, people were smoking cannabis and the whole floor smelled, we complained and was told there was nothing they could do- don’t know why? Surely calling the police or even knocking and asking them to stop, trying to sleep with that smell coming into your room was awful. Won’t recommend and certainly won’t stay again , breakfast is only toast or croissant , cold ham or cheese, this should be specified when booking. Also very poor lighting when driving in at night, they need a few lights on the side of the road or path. Overall not very good

Most enjoyable, hoping to return...

Liked: The location , being close to buses, the steam train and the airport. Friendly staff. A good breakfast.
Disliked: The outside of the building looks dilapidated, areas where the rendering is falling off and it is in need of painting.
