Overall great experience nice place...

Liked: I liked the design of the place , the restaurant was nice the food was great , and the idea of the wooden cabins outside around the fire was amazing , the staff overall was really great helpful they were the best , the parking space was good too
Disliked: the noises from the room next to u might be an issue if u have loud neighbors like mine .. the breakfast was okay but the same for 6 days

Dirty bed, quality of service...

Liked: The bed was dirty. Stains, blood stains and everything. I took pictures just to prove it. When I told the guy at the reception, he told me to come with him. He took me to the second floor. I asked him why the second floor, I’m on the fourth. He said that’s where the clean linens are. He gave a few and then said he had to go back down and left the linens with me to replace. That was odd. But then when we wanted to check my wife’s side of the bed also, we saw it was torn. This was subpar and below expectation. So I went downstairs again and told the guy I’m not going to stay here, this is not hygienic and not up to standard of a four star hotel. I travel a lot and I’ve seen four star hotels. One was Luganodante in Lugano where I was the night before and it was just impeccable. Comparing it even to a three star hotel like the Holiday Inn Express, it makes this hotel look bad. I would not recommend anyone to go there.
Disliked: I especially didn’t like that it was dirty. When I showed the pictures to reception they gave me new linen to replace myself. Then when I saw it was also dirty on the other side of the bed with some torn sheets, I had enough. Then I told reception, and I said at least you should’ve given us a different room, not just take me to the second floor to give new sheet/linens. Then he proposed he could perhaps do it, but that “it will probably not change anything”. That was unacceptable. So the service and cleanliness is subpar.

Liked: -gorgeous 4 star hotel with delicious breakfast buffet, huge variety of food. Great view on the lake from the dining room!-spotless clean rooms and facilities -great spa area, beautiful beach with hot jacuzzi and breathtaking view-professional staff, absolutely nothing to complain about!

A room with a spectacular...

Liked: The view from the room was spectacular. The room was small, but comfortable. We enjoyed the balcony in the evening. We ate at the restaurant that night with a nice view of the lake. The food and service was good.
