Our stay was delightful in...

Liked: The room was very comfortable and clean with ample parking. The view was spectacular with nearby hiking trails. The front desk staff was super helpful in pointing out local attractions.
Disliked: There was nothing that we did not like.

Convenient location for Sedona hiking

Liked: Clean & efficient room. Awesome location across the street from the Bell Rock trailhead and Nextdoor to Red Chopstick (get the Singapore Noodles). Staff is extremely friendly. WiFi is decent too.

They accept pets but are...

Liked: We checked out several days early due to not being able to be accommodated with a downstairs room, we were traveling with our dog who was afraid of stairs and we were told by the lady at the front all the pet friendly rooms were upstairs! The next day when we checked our we were told all rooms were pet friendly!
Disliked: Pet friendly is not how I would word it. They accept pets. They do not have a place for pets to potty that isn't all rocks.

Good place, location and staff!

Liked: Location is great. Place is small, nice, clean and lots of parking. It’s in a plaza where many shops are located. Right by all the attractions. Would do it again if I am in the area. Affordable and the staff are friendly!
Disliked: I had a reservation that I guess says queen bed so when I called to check just couple of days before we get there, a very nice older lady said that room won’t work and charged me $85 to cancel instead of the full 1st night stay which was nice that she didn’t charge the full amount BUT the following day I called and somehow they had a double bed room available which I booked, so my question since I was still their customer why did they take $85 from me!???? I felt it was a rip off honestly and I am hoping they return the $ since they didn’t lose any money and I ended up going on that very same night!!Plz advise or just issue me back the $85

Liked: It was very nice for the price. The bathtub was awesome.
Disliked: There was a slight off smell, dog pee or something, from the bed. Though it was not as bothering since it was not strong and I’m assuming a dumb guest in a past let a dog peed on the mattress and the hotel did best to remove it.
