Very good on the whole

Liked: Friendly helpful staff, good food.
Disliked: Carrying heavy cases upstairs. Breakfast ended at 9 so we just missed it as we assumed it was 10.

Superb

Liked: Staff very welcoming on arrival, and staff excellent on our 3 day stay , I would recommend staying here room spotless and nice and quiet even with the window open throughout the night, we had 2 fans in our room which cooled both sides of the bed , the free tea and coffee facilities are a great touch

Lovely grounds, rooms and food

Liked: Breakfast and dinner was very nice with soya and oat milk and veggie sausages. Room and bathroom also very happy with and grounds outside.Was able to help ourselves to tea and coffees throughout the stay in the bar area
Disliked: Unfortunately the pool was not open for the 2 days I stayed due to chemical unbalance which was extremely dissapointing, as it was the main reason we booked.The staff have promised me a partial refund for this inconvenience
