Liked: We had a lovely stay at Sedgebrook Hall. The hotel staff were absolutely lovely, they couldn’t do enough to make you feel welcome. Thank you to the lady managing the breakfast buffet. We stayed with half board and had two really amazing

Disliked: Very unfriendly staff.We had booking for 4 nights.Rooms there are the worst rooms we ever seen.Very dirty, old furniture everything looks like last time they clean rooms was when it was builded.We asked for different rooms and we've been told is not possible.We end up by booking on different hotel.Don't book these horrible place.

Liked: Clean, with friendly staff and a nice country location. The food was great and the restaurant staff were really nice
Disliked: Not much you can say that is negative to be honest…..the clock in the swimming pool didn’t work and the sauna door needs adjusting, that would be it.

Liked: Location is lovely, easy check in, room on ground floor, room not as big as the last one we stayed in but still comfortable.Food was lovely and not as busy so service wasn’t as long this visit. Breakfast was plentiful and buffet style which was perfect for us

Liked: The place itself was nice and in a great location, the staff were great and Clive the cat was the star.Food was ok and fairly priced as were the drinks.Breakfast was adequate , but they should be more attentive on restocking the cereals and food bowls more than clearing the tables, which they do while you're still eating ?
Disliked: The walls in the bedrooms were paper thin and you could here everything from each neighbours rooms (and across the hall) this really did make you feel uncomfortable with a lack of privacy and made it hard to relax & sleep with all the noise distractions.
