Excellent Stay

Liked: lovely room, everything needed was available, great walk in shower. Very clean, very warm (just right in this cold weather). Spa facilities also great had a lovely relaxing swim!

Liked: Stayed here a few months ago as great location for work trips but has hugely deteriorated.
Disliked: Jacuzzi totally broken day 1 and working but freezing cold day 2. Pool also freezing. Sauna door always open so warm changing area and Luke-warm sauna. Pool had so many missing tiles and whole area so shabby I didn’t feel safe to swim. Car park and hotel carpets filthy.
