Fabulous in every way

Liked: The little touches, like snacks in the room and the jewelry box for the safe. Also amazingly well designed lighting, including ankle-height night lights. Fantastic breakfast, very attentive staff and Japanese-style toilets.
Disliked: Bit hard to find in the car.

Liked: The service and helpfulness of the staff everywhere from the moment we stepped into the door reception was welcoming and helpful, staff at the bar and restaurant made us feel welcome. Everyone there to provide assistance.
Disliked: The room felt very small and cramped and for the price there was not alot of room to fit our luggage and get around the room during a short stay. Had to pay for parking.

Liked: Welcoming and relaxed atmosphere with so much attention to detail.The interior design is amazing! Lots of character. Exactly how it looks in the photos. Staff were super friendly and helpful.The room\hotel is clean and spacious.Very quiet rooms, hotel and zone.The linens are amazing! And the mattress was really comfortable.The location is great. A few minutes walk from Granada Cathedral and and lots VERY GOOD (IS SPAIN!!!) food options around. Delicious and complete breakfast ( important : nos self service !!!!) and nice restaurant and bar on the roof.Would recommend to anyone coming to Granada.
Disliked: Could not fault anything.
