Would come back!

Liked: Enjoyed walking to and from Heavenly Village. Loved soaking in the large tubs with my partner.
Disliked: It would have been nice if they decorated the room for our honeymoon or upgraded us when we informed them it was for such a large event

Disliked: My boyfriend paid for a package -flowers, candles etc and it was set up In a room but when I checked in they didn't put me in that room so another couple got to experience it :(

Disliked: The room was very small compared to the pictures . You could hear everything through the walls . The bed was uncomfortable. The people above me were very loud my whole stay all hours of the night. There were kids staying there and it was supposed to be a kid free place ! I told the staff there and they didn’t care at all. The housecleaners were cleaning the room above at 6 am on Sunday making clunking noises and being extremely loud. I will never stay there again !! The TV had only a few channels and most of them weren’t even in English !! I called to complain and got ignored
