Passable

It was for our 21st...

Disliked: It was nothing like the pictures. It was soo small you stepped out of the tub onto the bed pretty much. Furniture was old and had paint missing.

Very good

Liked: Comfortable bed, quiet location away from the busy streets.
Disliked: Outdated room, needs an upgrade. Specifically the shower and front door.

Disappointing

Liked: Staff was great! Helpful and prompt.
Disliked: Room lacked cleanliness and lots of damage. Fireplace worked but was very damaged on the left side. Floor was cracked in multiple areas, one area was more of a sink hole and made an effort to avoid it. Damage/paint peeling in bathroom behind sink, door, and baseboards. Ice holder for champagne had hair and dust in it. Actual shower/bath was not the same as shown online under this specific room type reservation.

Liked: The room was nice and all the amenities we're nice when we use them we weren't in the room long but the stay was very nice
Disliked: The bed was comfy but I wish there was more pillows in the bed was a little more comfy and didn't move as much
