Liked: the spa staf were very friendly
Disliked: there was clearly an issue with not enough staff in the resteraunt the staff worked hard but they were under pressure this is a managmenent problem no isssue with their service

Stay. But maybe eat elsewhere?

Great few days - we'll...

Liked: Room very comfortable with excellent bed/mattress. The staff in reception were accommodating and very welcoming. The breakfast, from both the buffet and the kitchen, was well prepared, with quality produce supplied locally where possible. The restaurant/kitchen staff were efficient, friendly and attentive. All-in-all a very pleasant stay.
