Warm welcome, clean room and...

Liked: Nice welcome from reception person. Clear explanation of door lock
Disliked: I tried ringing the hotel for a long time to tell them about food intolerances.I emailed themI told them on arrivalI had brought my own bread but forgot my milk.I wasnt too happy at breakfast to find that there was no plant based milk or some margarine for my toastWe were there for a funeral so I was possibly more sensitive than usualI did apolgise to staff and found the post office sold soya milk so bought some for my next cuppaThey made me nice sandwiches for the funeral food

Ok for a short break...

Liked: Central location
Disliked: I was told that my room is across the street in another building. Not sure what was the setup.Wifi didn’t worked during my entire period of stay.
