Good location but not what...

Liked: Great location, wonderful to walk around Seattle and get the chance to see such an amazing city
Disliked: Staff were dismissive, the food and drinks very expensive and we didn't like all the extra charges for room service. We travel a lot around the world and I often judge a hotel on the staff, if they are too busy with each other and don't loom at you, even if they are busy, I am disappointed.The bar staff were excellent but the bar food a little short on choices.Don't order room service.. such a disappointment. Cold and ridiculous extra charges like delivery... should have gone out.

Liked: Hotel is in a great location to walk to Pike’s Place, the pier and Aquarium. The room was clean and quiet, and the shower was hot.

Decent value for the money

Disliked: Check in happened way after 4PM and despite the apparent rush. I was hoping for an early check in, but I didn’t get the room until I complained.
