Liked: When I arrived with all my luggage (I was returning from several months in Italy) the lady at the desk took one look and said she would try to get me a different room-one on the first floor. She did and was very accommodating when I requested to stay another night.

There are many other choices...

Liked: Room wasn’t cleaned one day because housekeeping didn’t show. Room had funny smell to it. Walls are paper thin and next door neighbor came in loud and drunk at 3am
