Liked: The place is clean, the staff very helpful, and there is even a well lit path to the ocean, 10 min away!
Disliked: Well, it’s in the middle of a shopping mall really.

Liked: Location was convenient for heading to Monterey attractions. Off street parking was available.
Disliked: The lack of AC working, it was just a fan. We left a tip to keep it on while we were gone as room was unbearably hot. Maid to the cash and turned of the fan. We had to keep the doors open for hours to cool it down enough to sleep.The office was always locked which prevented access to the brochures. Clerk that checked us in never spoke to us. Had to hunt them down to get wifi code.
