Wonderful getaway!
Liked: The room was absolutely lovely and very clean. All of the staff went above and beyond in their service. The location was also excellent. We were in easy walking distance of everything.

Excellent location especially for families
Liked: We really loved the location and ambiance of the Seaside! We have two small kiddos (5 and 7) who had a blast walking along the water and playing on the rocks and structures. We had just about everything we needed within walking distance and took the seabus (7 minute walk) to downtown easy peasy. Well be staying here as often as we can!

Beautiful location and hotel
Liked: The place is very nice and the staff very friendly. We had appies and the food was good. I would definitely go there again. Great place to celebrate a birthday.

Restful and comfortable.
Liked: I often travel for work and stay at the Seaside. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. Valet parking is exceptional and convenient. The breakfast was delicious and delivered to my room in under ten minutes. There’s no request that was ever not addressed to my satisfaction. The facilities are in excellent condition. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling for work or vacation.
Disliked: It’s new, clean and conveniently located.

Liked: I like the location and that it's a newer property.The bed is comfy and I like there is slippers and a robe. Robe way to thin but still nice to have one.
Disliked: I didn't like this stay the housekeeping trying to open my door when I had my Do Not Disturb sign on. Check out is12pm and they were trying to come in my room at 11:20 am while I was using the toilet before checking out.The washroom is right beside the front door entry, so basically if they open the door on you they see absolutely everything! I wasn't checked out yet still had 40 mins and was using the washroom. I had to yell at them I'm on the toilet and they said.. oh sorry we'll come back. Again, I have not checked out yet it's 11:20 and I still had my DO NOT DISTURB light on for a reason. So this stay at the end was strange by housekeeping. Not a big deal but I feel with today's technology the staff should be able to see if your checked out yet or not. And if not, leave them alone until the check out time posted which is 12pm. Also was a bit disappointed the Deluxe king shipyard room did not have a microwave. I stayed in the cheaper room the Deluxe King my last stay and it had a microwave and an extra sink even. The more expensive room did not have a microwave or the extra sink just found that a bit odd.
