Nice motel and location for...

Liked: The motel is located very centrally, a walking distance to duvel street but in a more quiet area. Rooms were cozy and clean and the bathroom refurbished.
Disliked: Quite expensive for what you get. Such a motel anywhere else would cost under $200 but here it was almost double due to the overall prices at key west.

Save your money and avoid...

Liked: Location
Disliked: Don’t be fooled by the pictures of Seashell Hotel—they’re pure fiction because none of the advertised amenities exist! No kitchen, no playground, no shared facilities—just a dusty construction site masquerading as a hotel. What’s worse is how Booking.com enables this false advertising by allowing them to post misleading photos.

Alright for a short connecting...

Liked: Location is quite good, bunk bed was comfortable, there was no space for suitcases nor any elements to help arrange stuff: no hangers, closets, shelfs, platforms, etc.
Disliked: Just one bathroom for 12 people.

Would not recommend sharing hostel...

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Expensive as a hostel with bare minimum facilities. A room of 10 people with only 1 bathroom. Bed and pillow are also not comfortable.

Almost get sick. Never again

Disliked: No privacy. The cover is nothing. No queue but only a tower to cover the whole body. Everybody is affecting each other since the noise can not be isolated

Great value for money!

Liked: We got a renovated room, and it was great! bathroom was spanking clean, the bed was comfortable. No issues with wi-fi. Smooth check-in. There was an on-going renovation at the site, but the we were informed a few times prior to our stay that it may be noisy, so we were prepared.
Disliked: It's a longer walk to the Old Town Key West and majority of the dining options, so make sure your have comfortable shoes if you prefer to walk.
