Liked: Environment is so beautiful

It is a hidden gem....

Liked: Location: Perfect stop between Miami and Key West. The property is immaculate, it is well maintained and right by the water but also close to the main street. It is a lovely place. It also has bikes and kayaks available.
Disliked: We couldn't ask for more. It has everything needed for a pleasant stay.

perfect for kayaking at matathon...

Liked: quite area far from the crowd of key west. private beach with free kayak available (did not try them but looks nice).

We had the King Efficiency...

Liked: Waterfront, view, pool, docks (for sitting), birds, privacy. Easy drive to the activities we wanted. We would have liked to try the kayaks or paddle boards, but it was too windy the whole time.

Disliked: Friendliness at the reception fesk

Overall a relaxing enjoyable stay

Liked: The location and facilities were great the location and facilities were great. Very comfortable room.
Disliked: Didn’t like not having crockery etc. - had to go buy our own. Reported the outside light not working and never got it fixed would have been nice to use when sat out on an evening.

Liked: Very well kept and clean with such a friendly receptionist. The property is situated on a very beautiful spot right next to the sea with own little private beach and kyaks. They accommodated us on very short notice and we had a lovely and relaxing stay.
Disliked: We would have loved it if there was a light breakfast included.
