Pretty but no option to...

Liked: We loved the location. We loved the decor. Very well put together. It was clean. Comfy beds. With that said, there is no option to reach staff. Our hot water wouldn’t work in the shower. We didn’t have the trundle underneath our bed that we were told would be there. We were given two towels and no wash cloths (for a 2 night stay for 4 people). We reached out via phone, text, message on this app, and also walked to the front desk. We were never able to reach anyone. For these reasons, I would not recommend this place.

Absolutely amazing

Liked: Clean. Quiet. Luxurious. 1 block from path to beach. My husband and I spent 3 hours starting at sunset on the beach- there wasn’t a single other person on the beach.

Liked: They have tried to update the place and make it cozy. It is located in a great location. Nice To have a decent size refrigerator and a small stove to use. Very cute and decorated well. South FL vibe. Very quiet place!
Disliked: Cleanliness. No microwave. No washcloths. No dish soap. Would have been nice to have some directions on using the remote control for the A/C; heater

Will never book this place...

Liked: I liked how close it was to the beach and it was quiet.
Disliked: How dirty the room was. It took a week to get my money back. It was very stressful. I had to wash the linens myself at the laundromat the first night because the sheets were covered in stains and hair.

Small rooms,they will not return...

Liked: I had to get another air bnb you Took my money and did not provide services.That motel was under renovation and you knew it. My family did not spend one night there.
Disliked: I did not like the motel at all. It was way too small for my family.I booked on March 18th and that was on a Tuesday.They were no other guests motel.It was pit Black and very scary

Liked: The bungalow was neatly appointed.
Disliked: I made a reservation for a double queen room.**It specifically said on my booking 2 queen bedsWhen we arrived, there was one 1 queen bed.It was after 8 pm when we arrived & there was no one on staff. I reached out via text & voicemail & did not hear back until the next day.I happen to notice a trundle bed under the queen bed. We had to rearrange furniture to slide it out, and there weren't any linens for the bed.There were no washcloths and no soap to wash dishes.

Liked: Beautiful decorations and comfortable bed. Everything was cozy and welcoming. Very close to the beach. Kitchen had all I needed and the large fridge was helpful.
Disliked: The bathroom could have been cleaner and there were no wash clothes. Also the sponge for kitchen sink was used and smelly.
