Super handy stay

Liked: Great accommodation for cooking and staying in
Disliked: Little bit of a walk out of the main area near the Mount and there was so staff presence. However if you can cope with the distance it’s great

Confrontational manager

Liked: Family space was nice
Disliked: The attitude of the make owner was confrontational and instead of working with customer or listening when I told him I didn't want to discuss further, he continued to argue. Even after things settled down, he tried to re-engage in an argument. Not customer focused

Nice

Liked: The host is lovely. The house is very clean. The bed was comfortable. It has a kitchen.
Disliked: The bedroom a bit small, but fine for a night. The shower not very strong.

Very good

Disliked: Take some ear plugs in case the person in the room next door is snoring

Exceptional

Comfortable and great location, but...

Liked: Easy check in, great location, the pillow and bed were probably one of the most comfortable I've had staying at an accommodation. Nice tidy common areas.
Disliked: I was very disappointed that the luggage storage was falsely advertised. We checked beforehand, because we had big backpacks, and we needed to walk around the town for 5 hours. So we had specifically booked this because on the website it said luggage storage and I had checked. But then when I went to check out, the woman (who was lovely, no problems with her whatsoever not her fault) said that she was only there till 12.30 so I'd have to come pick them up before then. We'd booked in for a pedicure at 11.30 so we wouldn't have been able to do that. So we had to carry them around town all day. Not happy about that. Also the water in the shower would randomly go extremely hot.

Liked: Location was good for us. Was a really good size, not that we needed the whole size. But was a good free upgrade
Disliked: The cameras were very off putting. The front door was hard to open and the window fixings for the most part were very deteriorated and needed replacing. One kitchen window wouldn't close properly. TVs were just for show. Only 5 terrible channels to choose from. Tvs weren't smart either. Even tho there was a balcony there was a note on the door stating it wasn't to be used. Seemed a lot of patching had happened everywhere
