Disliked: I has harassed by other residents due to the rugby match that was on. I was attacked by members of the travelling community who was staying in the hotel

Booking confirmation not accepted.

Disliked: Received 3 confirmation emails from Booking.com including a booking reference number. Also received an email from Seagoe Hotel via Booking.com asking me to check in, which I completed. On arrival I was told there was absolutely no availability and the receptionist did not bother to read my confirmation emails, only glanced at my phone and said they were not confirmation emails, they were just messages apparently! This was 11pm and there were approximately 20 male foreign nationals in the reception area and to be honest I felt extremely vulnerable as a lone female traveller. I asked the receptionist where I could go and he just shrugged his shoulders. I had to then seek an alternative hotel in another town at that late hour. Totally unacceptable and no apology or concern shown by staff with regards to my wellbeing.

Disliked: Couldn't get any food 8.50 pm begrudgingly gave us two portions of chips. Receptionist rude ,not highlighted on booking a deposit for breakages also we had Euro only and couldn't use it .Ruined the stay ..
