Nice location in port fairy
Liked: Great location, good value, room good, free parking, very friendly and helpful lady on reception
Disliked: The guy in the kitchen was unhelpful and just couldn’t be bothered to help you with anything, otherwise it would be full marks all round

Great little luxury hotel with...
Liked: Hotel was one block from the city centre. Room was lovely and cool when i entered and lovely and big. Loved the rainfall shower. Bed was really comfortable, Wifi was good. The lady who checked me in was really helpful with tips on where to eat etc.
Disliked: Very little. Couldn't eat in the restaurant on site as it was fully booked but plenty of other places nearby.

Well located clean 3 star...
Liked: Perfectly located, friendly reception staff, very clean room, crisp white linen.
Disliked: The room we stayed in was quite dated, ( there is quite a variation in the available accomodation at seacombe house so our review only refers to compact double in original stone building) the mattress was too firm for us and pillows definitely need replacement
