Liked: Great for kids! The water play area is amazing. So handy with SeaWorld next door. Limited food options for kids that aren’t chips and nuggets though. I did find it hard to find clear information on what kids activities were running, where to get towels, the fact that you could walk straight through to SeaWorld! Perhaps this is because we went off peak?

Liked: Such nice accomodation. Was amazing to stay so close to the theme parks. We also loved waking up to buffet breakfast and had such a resort and relaxing atmosphere about the place to go with our family. Also great events for kids at night. My child loved the Dora disco

Liked: Disliked the minimum amount of accessible room available, we book the deluxe room thinking it was a larger room to accommodate our son in a wheelchair however size was a big let down and wasn’t ideal as the small amount of accessible rooms available were booked out.

Liked: Literally next to Sea World. Staff are very helpful. Room service is good. Great view from the Bay wing. Good to have interconnecting rooms for a family. The pool is a really good size.
Disliked: The Waterfall Cafe is pretty gross - mold on the wall behind the beer taps. The food there is very expensive and is of poor quality - like what a 15 year old would make for a snack.There were some facilities and events understandably not available post-cyclone - however there was no notification that they weren't running (e.g. the light show and the pizza restaurant).
