Liked: The staff were excellent and efficient at both reception, activities centre and the restaurant. The room was very clean tidy and had everything as described. The location was as we anticipated and within easy reach of shops, restaurants etc. with its own private beach. There were several pools to relax around
Disliked: The ongoing work around the main pool and the constant music from some of the other pool areas

Liked: Perfect location, beautiful old , classic hotel with lovely architecture.
Disliked: The building next door was under construction and the pool was no fun to use with all the noice Monday to Friday.

Scam

Liked: Horrible don’t book it. There is a scam after a scam, even though booking had a cancellation policy they wouldn’t respect it. They wouldn’t let me cancel and they wouldn’t give me back any of my money even though I have an email and a confirmation saying that a cancellation fee was only $272 but they refused to cancel. Horrible service management was very disrespectful.

The Most Pleasant Hotel Experience...

Liked: Everyone loves their job, the staff are all friendly to each other and to the guests. The decor is clean and elegant and intimate and beautiful. The atmosphere is casual elegance and kindness. Couldnt be more pleased...i want to return even though i rarely get to Miami. Plus the room was pre-cooled, which was very welcoming. And the colors and bathroom were perfect.
Disliked: The only change i would recommend is to add some lighting at the room door entrance and in the closets. Plus i would recommend a Concierge booklet in the room explaining the many hotel amenities and perimeter benefits... i missed some nice things because i didn't know about the hotel or area and needed to discover it in the few days i was here. I want to come back to this hotel with friends and family! I don't usually enjoy Florida this much. It was such a pleasant experience.
